Audit & Contract Administration: 

- Financial audits of invoices incl: AIA G702's

- Ensure contracts requirements are met,

- Forecast cash spend by month thru completion

These invoices, called Pay Applications or Pay Apps, are submitted by using American Institute of Architects (AIA) forms G702 and G703. The Pay Apps also provide invoices of their construction expenses.

We are experienced auditing the math of the invoices. (Amazingly these have errors.)

We audit the GC invoices against the contracts. These include Time and Materials (T&M) contracts and occasionally Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) contracts.

It's amazing the amount of false expenses included in these pay apps.

We have project managers that are experienced in ever aspect of project development. These project managers can review contracts and the work completed to help ensure contracts requirements are met.

We are skilled managing contracts, tracking change orders and ensuring the contracts are will be meet the budgets or with approvals the budgets will be adjusted

We have custom tools to track budgets and committed expense and completion reports

We have developed custom reports that track cash spent and forecasted cash to be spent by month through completion.

These reports help the financiers forecast the cast requirements by month.
